Our client is seeking a Technical Project Analyst to implement, support, and maintain operational efficiencies across diverse sectors, providing strategic insights to inform decision-making. The Technical Project Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimising critical business processes by streamlining operations, implementing automation, gand providing comprehensive administrative support across the organisation and its sub-entities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage project requirements through clear, testable specifications, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- Lead automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency by identifying and eliminating redundancies.
- Assist users with hardware/software issues, ensuring timely problem resolution across business units.
- Track and manage hardware/software inventories, ensuring accurate IT asset records organisation-wide.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand both functional and non-functional project requirements.
- Manage stakeholder timelines and resources effectively, proactively addressing project risks and issues.
- Support cross-functional teams in aligning operational performance with investment strategies.
- Effectively organise, manage, and prioritise multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or IT Support personnel, demonstrating an impressive understanding of project lifecycles and technology tools.
- B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other related fields.
- Building inspection experience is a plus, with knowledge or experience to learn International Building Codes.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), time management, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in using project management tools and ensuring efficient management of IT assets.
Location: Remote
Salary: N200,000 – N350,000
