VIRTUAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

SALARY: N350,000 – N500,000 | LOCATION: REMOTE (OPEN TO AFRICANS)

Our client is seeking a dynamic and versatile Virtual Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. The Virtual Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in analysing and identifying critical business processes for multiple entities, managing competing deadlines, driving the successful execution of strategic initiatives, streamline business operations, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure alignment with the CEO’s vision and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating personal and executive travel arrangements.
  • Oversee the organization of office systems, including data management and documentation.
  • Manage strategic partnerships and ensure smooth collaboration with the CEO’s support team to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage strategic projects across various business entities, coordinating timelines and ensuring successful completion of key initiatives.
  • Act as the key communication point between the CEO and departments, ensuring alignment on critical business matters.
  • Determine the priority of matters for the CEO, redirecting tasks and supervising the execution of action items.
  • Collaborate with the media team to develop a cohesive media strategy that aligns with the CEO’s brand and professional goals.
  • Manage the CEO’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with followers.
  • Coordinate the CEO’s participation in public events, including media appearances, speaking engagements, and panel
    discussions.
  • Serve as the main contact for key stakeholders, facilitating timely communication and ensuring consistent engagement.
  • Maintain a secured database of stakeholders, ensuring regular touchpoints and periodic updates.
  • Collaborate with teams to support fundraising efforts, investor communications, and alignment of operational performance with investment strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level management, with at least 3 consecutive years at the same company in an assistant capacity.
  • Proven experience in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement in fast-paced corporate environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, scheduling software, travel technology tools, and social media platforms (Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, etc.).
  • Experience in launching coaching programs and using LMS platforms like Kajabi.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously howwith a resourceful and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments, preferably in startups, and ability to adapt to an ever-changing landscape, including availability on nights and weekends as needed.
  • Proven ability to leverage data and metrics for strategic decision-making and smooth operational flow.
